Small Program Languages

Georgetown University’s long tradition of fostering international understanding is particularly embodied in the teaching and learning of languages and cultures offered by the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics (FLL) of the Georgetown University College of Arts & Sciences.  The College of Arts & Sciences coursework in languages and cultures is also of great value to graduate students in many diverse programs, and to students in the School of Foreign Service, the Law School, and the School of Nursing and Health Studies.  One of the strengths of Georgetown University through the years has been the ability to support languages at a small programmatic level, offering students access to a wide variety of linguistic and cultural experience.
